Piled on top of each other, this stuff can leave you consumed with guilt. In this self-paced and supportive course Karen will help you to tune in to exactly which areas of your work and life leave you feeling the most guilty. Helping you to work out how to better manage your day / life / head so that you feel less like you’re spinning 1000 wobbly plates and more in control (or at least more comfortable letting a few of them drop to the floor).
Think of this course as a chance to sit back, take a deep breath and a good look at your life and it’s many, many responsibilities. Doing this will allow you to get more perspective on what needs to be done and when. Karen provides practical guidance to help you better manage your time so that you can be more productive; maximising the time you have working so you can find more joy in the times you are not.
This course will give you the opportunity to reflect on your worth at work – something that’s very hard to do when you feel like you’re doing everything half as effectively as you should be (which isn’t really true, by the way. Just saying). You’ll re-assess what your time is actually worth so you know whether you should you be charging more to your clients / asking for a raise / upping your rates. So many of us under-value our skills, especially when our career is no longer our sole focus. Now’s the time to challenge that.
This course won’t free you of your responsibilities (nor would you want it to, right) but it will help you find more freedom in the life you have and help you to develop a peaceful equilibrium. Now stop looking at your phone, they’ve noticed…
