Korina is a trained dancer and yoga teacher who, originally from Greece, now lives in London with her husband and two children. Her career path hasn’t always been a straight one and through many twists and turns (hopefully not too often on her ankles) she found yoga as an outlet for both her passion for movement and her deep interest in helping others.
Korina has an incredibly calming presence and gives so much of herself to her classes and her students. During lockdown, she opened her (metaphorical) doors and invited people to attend mentoring sessions to support them through tough times. It was this experience that inspired Korina to develop her new group mentoring programme, ‘The Rebellion of Self-Care’. It’s a response to the struggle so many of us have to put ourselves first and take the time we need to understand ourselves inside and out so that we can be better for ourselves and those around us.
This is something that Korina has invested a lot of time in herself. She is always learning and, in addition to her many qualifications and experiences, she is studying for an Energetic Breakthrough Method Coaching Certification™.
It’s this commitment to her own development, as well as her love of all things movement, that makes her the ideal person to run a course focused on aligning the body and mind.
We’re excited to support Korina to launch her first course and we hope we can do as good a job of that as she does supporting other people’s mental well-being (and headstands).
