Laura runs ‘That Balanced Life Coaching’ to help fellow working mums find more passion, purpose and balance in their lives.
Laura was a juggler. Not the kind you find in the circus or at a children’s party but a life-juggler who kept family, a demanding job, all that other ‘life stuff’ and often a good cup of coffee (NEVER instant) up in the air until she wondered what on earth she was doing it for. She made the difficult decision to give up the security of a job she loved (and was good at) to become self-employed. Less balls to juggle, more time to enjoy the coffee, but a steep learning curve to get to where she is today.
Laura took the best of her experience, her determination to succeed in the self-employed world and her coaching diploma to create ‘That Balanced Life Coaching’. The name describes the life she now leads and wants to help other people achieve. She works with women who also know the ‘juggle-struggle’ to help them to find the confidence and conviction to make decisions about life and work that make them feel happy and more fulfilled.
Laura works with the Japanese concept of ‘ikigai’ to help people find the essence of what really gets them out of bed in the morning (and therefore where they should focus their attention and energy). She also loves sushi…we’re sensing a life theme.
