We’re Lucy and Isabel. One of us is a business psychologist and learning and development expert. The other is an award-winning writer and content consultant. Together, we create engaging learning content on everything from money to motherhood, tapping into our network of experts and using our pedagogical know-how and well-honed tone of voice instincts to give your community, team, clients or audience the learning experience they need.

Self-development and learning can be expensive. We don't believe the consumer should be forking out thousands for courses and coaching: we want to open this world up to everyone.

We love bringing people, especially women, together.
We launched in 2021 as a new platform curating the best online courses out there and rapidly formed a friendly, supportive founding membership of course creators. We now create our own learning experiences (from video-centric courses and downloads to live in-person events) for brands.
We produced our own online course fronted by a clinical psychologist, a sex expert, a professional declutter, a divorce coach and a chef, launched via a live event with single parent community Frolo.
We collaborated with charity Sisterhood of Arts to put on a weekend of affordable live workshops at Peckham Levels aimed at self-employed creatives. We rallied our expert community to run sessions on web design, social media, confidence, productivity, brand and tone, money management and more.
We jumped on the "great resignation" trend to launch a course for career changers, with modules on confidence, finding purpose, presentation and interview skills and more, alongside practical exercises and inspirational articles.
We were commissioned by family-friendly co-working space Peace + Riot to create a toolkit for their community of parents struggling with the juggle. We produced video content, interviewed case studies and experts and wrote fun, info-packed guides to childcare benefits and flexible working.
