Introduction:

These terms and conditions apply to signing up to an affiliate agreement with Discoco, which is run by Lucy Cleveley and Isabel Mohan.

This agreement is only open to our Founding 50 course creators and will expire on 31st December 2021. At this time you will be given the option to sign up for full Discoco Course Creator Membership at whatever annual or monthly rate is being offered at the time. If you do not wish to sign up to Discoco Membership then your course will be removed from the Discoco site and your access to any membership specific platforms will be terminated.

You will be given the opportunity to sign up to full Discoco Membership for £18 per month at any time before the 31st December. See Discoco Membership T&Cs here.

By signing up to this agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you refuse to accept these Terms and Conditions, then the affiliate agreement is invalid and your course may be removed from the Discoco site.

Price and payment:

Discoco will take 15% of any bookings made via the Discoco.co.uk.

The 15% will be applied after any discount codes have been applied.

Payment will be taken in line either:

•  As part of an affiliation scheme that Discoco can sign up to with your course host site
• At the end of each month (starting from 30th September) via card payment.

Monthly card payments will be invoiced based on you providing us with the number of sales you have made via Discoco in the ‘sales tracker’ document that will be provided. We will send a reminder to complete this document 7 days before the end of each month. Payments will be taken up to the 7th January 2022 to account for any end of December sales.

We strongly recommend that you provide Discoco with a discount code so that you are better able to track sales made via the site.

If we are unable to take payments on or up to 15 days after the monthly invoice is issued, we reserve the right to remove your course from the Discoco site and freeze access to the Membership Portal until payment has been made. If payment has not been made up to 7 days after the invoice date and no contact has been made with Lucy and Isabel then your course may be removed from the site.

Cancellations:

If you wish to end your relationship with Discoco at any time, you will need to contact Lucy Cleveley at hello@discoco.co.uk at least 7 days before your next invoice is due to be issued. 

Once a relationship is terminated, either by you or Lucy and Isabel for any reason, your course/s and personal profiles will be removed from the Discoco site, and you will be removed from any communication specific to course creators (private Facebook group and Course Creator Newsletter).

Communication:

By signing up to this agreement, you agree that you are happy to receive updates, promotions and regular newsletters from Discoco. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Discoco’s online content contains material such as worksheets, videos, audio files, text, graphics, images and other material provided by or on behalf of Discoco. The Content may be owned by us or third parties. The Content is protected under both United Kingdom and foreign laws. Unauthorised use of the content may violate copyright, trademark and other laws.

You may not sell, transfer, assign, license, sublicense or modify any Discoco content or the content of third parties who feature in either the Membership Portal or the main Discoco site. You may not display, publicly perform, make a derivative version of, distribute or otherwise use Discoco content in any way for any public or commercial purpose. The use or posting of the content on any other website, social media page or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is expressly prohibited.

Your courses and profiles:

By signing up to this agreement, you agree for us to feature your course and personal profile on the main Discoco site. You agree for us to create a recommendation’s page for your course/s and a personal profile page, written by us and including any links or other content you have provided for us to use. 

By signing up to this agreement, you agree to us sharing the information we have made publicly available on the Discoco site, as well as any additional information or material you have provided us with, in any articles, social media posts, pitches to third party organisations, event material, marketing and PR materials.

Course content and bookings:

By signing up to this agreement, you are stating that all of the information you provide us with, plus the content of the course/s we feature on the Discoco site is accurate, up to date and is not in breach of any Copyright laws. You agree to keep Lucy Cleveley and Isabel Mohan, or anyone expressly appointed by them, up to date with any relevant changes to dates, content, location or administration of your course/s.

If a late cancellation is made by anyone who has booked via the Discoco site, after the 15% cut has been taken, you have a right to request a refund by providing proof of cancellation that must match the description on the original ‘sales tracker’ entry. Refunds will be given at the discretion of Lucy Cleveley and Isabel Mohan.  

Discoco accepts no liability for any issues or complaints about your course content or administration from those who have booked via the site.
